Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026 • Operates under Guzfrei-Group Ltd.

1. Information We Collect

When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including details about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (processed securely through encrypted gateways), email address, and phone number.

Data Sovereignty Standard: Core user profiles, marketplace catalog items, and relational table layers are securely stored and queried natively inside our isolated Supabase cloud architecture.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this information to communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and provide you with information or advertising relating to our handcrafted collections when in line with the preferences you have shared with us.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, our storefront is hosted via AWS Amplify infrastructure nodes, and our relational dynamic data hooks route to Supabase handles.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

4. Behavioral Tracking & Cookies

We use cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels to maintain state optimization across your active browsing session (such as retaining items inside your dynamic shopping cart component) and to track analytical engagement trends metrics anonymously.

You can choose to disable cookies directly through your individual browser configurations; however, note that disabling tracking tokens may interrupt essential interactive frameworks across the storefront marketplace layout.

5. Data Security & Encryption

The security of your information is highly important to us. When you transmit sensitive transactions through our marketplace, that communication is wrapped using strict transport layer security protocols (SSL/TLS). Credit card payloads are directly ingested by encrypted financial processors and are never stored directly on our system databases.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may hold structural rights allowing you to directly access, correct, update, or demand complete erasure of the individual personal information profiles registered inside our architecture layers.

If you would like to exercise this right to access or wipe your catalog logs, please reach out to our team using the central support coordinates listed below.

7. Changes To This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, structural updates to our data management frameworks, or for other operational, legal, or standard regulatory requirements.

8. Contact Information
